Hello! My name is Kristin Ransom and I am currently
a student at the University of New Mexico. Many of my colleagues this semester are studying to become teachers and pursue
a job in the education field. I plan to pursue a career in the field of Business Psychology, and possibly council children
and adults along the way. Stories enable us to learn from one another, and education is the key to a successful
future. Instilling the love of literature in children at a young age will enable them to learn about ways in which to
create their own stories and poems. I hope to gain greater knowledge from experiencing many types of children's literature,
and employ the ability to communicate with children through stories.
